  The hotel has a lot of character and is unique in it's design. The food was excellent but quite expensive.

  The first night I stayed they put me in a room next to the elevator. I did not sleep well as there was a constant banging noise outside of my wall. Then when I checked out they tried to overcharge me for the room.

  Staff at from desk was very helpful and professional as were the gentlemen both out front and in the lobby. Service there was exceptional. Both lounge and restaurant staff were also impressive. Front lobby was beautiful and very classy.

  I found the room to be worn looking, especially the bathroom. The tub needed replacing as well as the caulking around it and some paint would have helped a great deal. Considering how beautiful the hotel lobby is, the room was a disappointment, especially for the price.

  The room was clean but the bathroom tile needs to be regrouted - it's showing its age.

  Initially they put us in old wing of the hotel where the rooms were extremely dirty.. Toilets were really bad as good as the standard of one star hotel. We actually had to call the reception to get the a/c vens cleaned which was full of dirt. Upon complain they gave us the room in their new wing of the hotel on second dAy which was v nice.

  Enjoyed how the hotel was decorated for the holidays, very lovely and also how quiet the rooms are.

  Did not get any assistance with luggage.

  The room was more spacious than expected, very clean and very comfortable. We were on the 11th floor, so it was very quiet. Loved the super fast elevators. The front door staff were very quick and keen. Check in and check out was a dream. You really beat my expectations.
